Terms of Use — KAMO

These terms govern your use of KAMO, a Bliss Coach iOS application, and this website. By using the app you agree to them.

The service

KAMO is a camera toy: you place a figure in your own scene, paint it to blend in, and share the result. It is provided for entertainment purposes only. Point it at your own surroundings and don't use it to photograph people who haven't agreed to it.

Subscriptions

Parts of the app may require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Prices, durations and any free-trial terms are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Purchases can be restored from Settings and the paywall.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no unlawful content, no attempts to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying models or services, no harassment of other people through content you produce with the app, and no use by children under the age indicated on the app's store listing.

Your content

Everything you make in KAMO is yours and stays on your device — we never receive it, so we claim no license over it (see the Privacy Policy).

Availability & changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features. We provide the service "as is" without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
