Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Bliss Coach ("we") handles your information across our iOS applications — Sofia, Amélie, Charm, Alex, Mila and Astra — and this website.
What we collect
- Account information: the display name and sign-in identifier (e.g. Apple ID relay email) you provide when creating an account.
- Content you share in the app: messages, voice audio processed for transcription, and — where the feature exists — images you choose to upload. This content is used to generate the coaching responses you ask for.
- Usage and diagnostics: feature usage events, crash reports, and device information, used to fix bugs and improve the product.
- Subscription status: managed by Apple and our subscription infrastructure (RevenueCat). We never see or store your payment card details.
How we use it
To provide and improve the coaching experience, personalize sessions, maintain your progress (streaks, history), provide support, and measure aggregate product performance. AI responses are generated by third-party AI providers acting as processors; your conversations are not used by us to train foundation models.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the apps (cloud hosting, AI inference, speech synthesis, analytics, subscription management) under their respective data-processing terms. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention & deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside each app, which removes your personal data from our systems. You can also contact us for deletion requests.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your data. Contact us to exercise them.
