Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Bliss Coach ("we") handles your information across our iOS applications — Bliss, Sofia, Amélie, Emily, Meilin, Charm, Alex, Mila, Astra and KAMO — and this website, including the sign-up and checkout flow at bliss-coach.com/start.

What we collect

  • Account information: the display name and sign-in identifier (e.g. Apple ID relay email) you provide when creating an account.
  • Content you share in the app: messages, voice audio processed for transcription, and — where the feature exists — images you choose to upload. This content is used to generate the coaching responses you ask for.
  • Usage and diagnostics: feature usage events, crash reports, and device information, used to fix bugs and improve the product.
  • Subscription status: managed by Apple and our subscription infrastructure (RevenueCat). We never see or store your payment card details.
  • Web sign-up answers: if you start on this website, the answers you give (first name, language, goal, level, how you heard about us) are stored against an anonymous identifier so the app can pick up where you left off, together with the campaign that brought you (UTM tags and ad click identifiers).
  • Web purchases: payments made on this website are processed by RevenueCat Web Billing and its payment processor (Stripe). We receive your email and subscription status, never your card details.

Cookies & advertising on this website

This website can use Google Analytics (audience measurement), the Meta Pixel with the Meta Conversions API, and the TikTok Pixel (measuring which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases, and optimizing those ads). When these tools run, the page view and funnel events (such as reaching the plans page or starting checkout) are sent to those companies together with technical identifiers from your browser.

  • European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland and everywhere outside the United States: none of these tools load until you accept them in the cookie bar. Refusing is as easy as accepting and the site works exactly the same. Your choice is kept for 6 months and can be changed at any time through the “Cookies” link.
  • United States: these tools load when you arrive, and you can opt out at any time through the “Do not sell or share my personal information” link on every page. Opting out removes our cookies and stops the pixels from loading again. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, the advertising pixels never load.

Inside the iOS apps, advertising measurement (AppsFlyer, Meta, TikTok) only uses your device’s advertising identifier if you allow tracking in Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.

How we use it

To provide and improve the coaching experience, personalize sessions, maintain your progress (streaks, history), provide support, and measure aggregate product performance. AI responses are generated by third-party AI providers acting as processors; your conversations are not used by us to train foundation models.

Sharing

We share data with service providers needed to run the apps and this website (cloud hosting, AI inference, speech synthesis, analytics, subscription management, payments) under their respective data-processing terms. We do not sell your personal data for money. However, letting advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok) receive website and app events to measure and optimize our ads can count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under some US state laws — which is why US visitors can opt out as described above.

Retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside each app, which removes your personal data from our systems. You can also contact us for deletion requests.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your data, and to object to or withdraw consent for its processing. Contact us to exercise them.

US residents (including California under the CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to access, correct or delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising (use the “Do not sell or share my personal information” link, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser), and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. You or an authorized agent can also send any request to the address below; we may need to verify your identity before acting on it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
