These terms govern your use of Charm, a Bliss Coach iOS application, and this website. By using the app you agree to them.
The service
Charm provides AI-powered features whose responses and results are generated automatically and can be wrong: they are provided for informational, practice, and entertainment purposes only and are not professional, medical, nutritional, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Subscriptions
Parts of the app may require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Prices, durations and any free-trial terms are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Purchases can be restored from Settings and the paywall.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no unlawful content, no attempts to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying models or services, no harassment of other people through content you produce with the app, and no use by children under the age indicated on the app's store listing.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to process it to deliver the service (see the Privacy Policy).
Availability & changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features. We provide the service "as is" without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
