Privacy Policy — Charm

This policy describes how Bliss Coach ("we") handles your information in Charm and on this website. It applies to the Charm iOS application.

What we collect

  • Account information: the display name and sign-in identifier (e.g. Apple ID relay email) you provide when creating an account.
  • Content you share in the app: messages, voice audio processed for transcription, and — where the feature exists — images or photos you choose to upload. This content is used to generate the responses and results you ask for.
  • Usage and diagnostics: feature usage events, crash reports, and device information, used to fix bugs and improve the product.
  • Advertising and attribution: if you allow tracking when iOS asks, we and our attribution partners (AppsFlyer, TikTok, Meta) may use your device's advertising identifier to measure which ad led to your install and how the app is used afterwards. If you decline, attribution falls back to Apple's privacy-preserving measurement and no advertising identifier is used.
  • Subscription status: managed by Apple and our subscription infrastructure (RevenueCat). We never see or store your payment card details.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Charm experience, personalize sessions, maintain your progress and history, provide support, and measure aggregate product performance. AI responses are generated by third-party AI providers acting as processors; your content is not used by us to train foundation models.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the app (cloud hosting, AI inference, speech synthesis, analytics, crash reporting, attribution and advertising measurement, subscription management) under their respective data-processing terms. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app, which removes your personal data from our systems. You can also contact us for deletion requests. You can withdraw advertising tracking at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your data. Contact us to exercise them.
